Formation : 

Tourism BTS or professional training validated in this sector of activities + 2 years of management of a tourist residence experience are wished.

Missions : animate and manage a team, maintain good partnership with our suppliers / service providers / owners, ensure the stay of the vacationers in good conditions, manage the pre-book precautions taken by the customers, represent the company through institutions and exterior interlocutors, take in charge the recruitment of employees, form our teams for their missions, guaranty the commercial / technique / bookkeeping and administrative follow up, be responsible of the quality and the respect of our procedures already in place, be responsible of the quality and respect of our obligations about hygiene and security for our personal clients and employee, exchange with the different institutions of the group and contact person at the head office…

Reservation agent

Formation : Bac + wished experience in call center.

Missions : Phone reception, processing and entry of customer reservations (Internet and Telephone) : 70% of working time, management of payments and editing of slips, sending of brochures, response to customer emails.

Produit manager

Place : Evry 

Formation : Bac or Tourism BTS + experience required (in a call center ideally). 

Missions : Phone reception, Processing and entering customer reservations (Internet and telephone) : – 70% of work time, managing payments and issuing slips, sending brochures, answering customer emails, monitoring and updating stock and availability on the website, setting up promotions on the Internet, keeping receipts and accounting slips, setting of rates on the reservation software, being the reference for a geographical sector of tourist residences, competitive intelligence and local events, submission of promotional rates, commercial proposals, creation of thematic packages, relations with site managers, other more specific missions.

Missions : setting up of our Tour Operator partners’ promotions, follow-up of suppliers, recording and payment of invoices, bank reconciliations, account lettering, verification and checking of customer payments, participation in the balance sheet, invoicing, follow-up of expense accounts, relations with the various group’s establishments…
