- Cancellation insurance for all justified causes : Cancellation insurance can be taken out when booking. This cancellation guarantee is valid in particular for medical reasons, accident, death including illness due to an epidemic or pandemic (declared illness, contact case, failure to obtain PCR test results before departure - traveler or member of his immediate family). The price of this insurance varies according to the total amount of your stay. - Multi-risk insurance: This insurance covers our cancellation guarantee as well as snow cancellation (breakage or theft of personal ski equipment, loss or theft of ski pass, interruption of stay, interruption of snow activity), assistance and repatriation. - Bed linen: 12€/person. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

- Beds made on arrival: 10 €/person (linen not included). To be paid on site. Pre-booking required.

- Towels: 10€/person/ kit. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

-Pack bed linen + towels: 20 €/person/kit. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

- WiFi access (price per device) : simply connect to our supplier's website and pay directly by credit card (visa or mastercard). The prices are as follows: 1 day : €6, 3 days : €12, 1 week : €20, 2 weeks : €30, 1 week family offer (3 devices) : €30, 2 weeks family offer : €40. Goélia will let you know, when you arrive, the homepage of the website, but is not involved in the order, or in the connection.

- End of stay cleaning : If the accommodation is not left clean, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it:  €65 for accommodation for 2 to 5 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people, €99 for accommodation for 8 to 9 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored).

- Covered car park : €35/week (€18 if booked in advance), €7/night. To be paid on site. Pre-booking highly recommended, subject to availability.

- Lake view : €50/week or €35 if booked in advance. To be paid on site. Pre-booking highly recommended, subject to availability.

- Pets : Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of €10.50/night, €49/week. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1 animal per accommodation only.

- Breakfast : €13/adult and €7.50/child (from 6 to 12 years old).

- Launderette : rates on site.

- Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath) : €10/stay. To be booked at the same time as the accommodation. We do not provide additional mattresses in order to guarantee the safety of your children. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required, subject to availability.

INFORMATIONS FOR YOUR STAY :

- Departure and arrival times on Saturdays :
Arrivals : Saturday between 15:30 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accommodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.
Departures : Before 10.00 a.m.

- Deposit : €250/apartment. This deposit will be returned to you the day of departure after an inventory or by post within 8 days in the event of departures outside of opening hours.

- Tourist tax : €3.35/person/night. (The decision may be amended at any time by the Municipality). As this is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.

All your requests (floor, view, apartment No., etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but can not be guaranteed.

Access to the residence

By train : Cannes station at 8 km/train station Nice at 35 km

By plane : airport of Cannes - Mandelieu or Nice Côte d'Azur

By road : on the A8 take exit No. 40 Mandelieu Centre (La Napoule-Théoule sur Mer), continue on the avenue de Cannes and then at the crossroads of the Espace, take the 4th exit on Avenue de la Mer (D92). At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit on Avenue Gaston de Fontmichel (D192). Take the 1st right then 1st left.
