The residence

The Goélia 4* Le Phare residence in Le Tréport, with its heated indoor swimming pool, is located directly on the port and close to all the shops and restaurants in Normandy.

THE RESIDENCE GOELIA LE PHARE 4**** AU TREPORT :

No need to stroll along the quays, from the foot of the 4* Goelia le Phare residence you can admire the comings and goings of the fishing boats setting out to sea before returning with their holds full of fish and can take time to watch the boats pass through the lock at high tide. Continue on to the municipal fishmonger's, where the stalls offer a seasonal selection of locally caught fish. Further on, the lighthouse invites you to take a look at the horizon stretching out in front of you.

The luxury Goélia Le Phare tourist residence is an elegant complex of 89 flats on 4 floors, with lift access, ranging from studios for 2 people to 4-room apartments for 8 people. Its location overlooking the ocean and the entrance to the fishing port makes it a magical place to live, with all the shops in the vicinity. Each flat has its own parking space, including 5 PMR spaces (enclosed outdoor parking).

A car is not essential, except for visiting this beautiful region!

During your stay, make the most of the heated indoor swimming pool (12m x 4m, depth: 1.50m with a children's section at 0.40m) with wheelchair access (seat lift) open non-stop from 9.30am to 7pm, 7 days a week, and the wellness area (sauna, steam room) at an additional cost. Bike storage available.

A lively fishing port, Le Tréport has become one of the most attractive resorts on the Normandy coast. Sea bathing and days at the seaside have always attracted many holidaymakers. The natural liveliness created by the movement of fishing, merchant and pleasure boats complements the many festivities that take place throughout the year. The JOA Casino in Le Treport has a restaurant overlooking the sea, a cinema, a games room and a bar. The Quartier des Cordiers, the funicular ride up through the brick vaults, and the exceptional panorama from the top of the cliffs will not leave you indifferent.

In Le Tréport, you'll find a fishing port with 70 boats, as well as a marina lined with shopping streets, where the 4-star Goélia le Phare residence, set right on the quayside, is a popular choice. The cliffs are illuminated until 1am every evening from May to September, and on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays the rest of the year, giving Le Tréport a festive atmosphere with its musical entertainment and numerous restaurants.

From the lighthouse, walk along the beach esplanade and admire the magnificent night-time spectacle of Europe's highest illuminated chalk cliffs. For the more adventurous, try the night funicular! You arrive at the vaults in darkness, but the tunnels are magnificently illuminated. A unique experience!

There's something for everyone, of all ages. Le Treport is the ideal destination for a successful family holiday. Finally, you can also relax at the O2 Falaises aquatic centre in Mers les Bains, with its three areas: aquatic area, wellness area and fitness area.

Cycling on the Côte d'Albâtre :

The entire length of the Chemin Entre Verre et Mer, formerly the Chemin des Etangs, has been rebuilt to the delight of locals and tourists alike. 18 km of fully accessible route from Le Treport to Gamaches in the heart of the Bresle Valley. The route offers a number of viewpoints over the ponds of the Bresle Valley. Pass through the small villages that make up the charm of our valley and take the time to reconnect with nature! It's just as accessible for bikes as it is for pedestrians and people with reduced mobility. Numerous benches and picnic areas have been installed for your convenience.

Take the funicular to the top of the Tréport cliffs:

Take the Le Tréport funicular from the lower town to the upper town, and reach the top of the highest chalk cliffs in Europe... At the top, you'll have a superb panoramic view of the surrounding area, including Le Tréport and Mers-les-Bains.

Visit the heritage of Mers les Bains - Le Tréport

In Mers-les-Bains, visit the Romanesque-Byzantine church of Saint-Martin, the statue of Notre-Dame-de-la-Falaise at the top of the cliff and the gallery of small shops in the rue Jules Barni. In Le Tréport, stroll along the quays of the Port du Tréport and in the Quartier des Cordiers, visit the Musée des Enfants du Vieux Tréport, the military cemeteries, the Kahl-Burg (a Second World War bunker with 270 metres of galleries on 4 levels, built by the Germans), and the church of Saint-Jacques.

Hiking in the Pays de Caux

There are plenty of great walks, cycle rides and horse rides to discover the area around Mers les Bains-Le Tréport and the Pays de Caux. Here's a selection: the GR21 long-distance hiking trail from Le Tréport to Criel-sur-Mer, the Sentier du Littoral coastal path from Mers-les-Bains to Ault (7 km), the Chemin Vert du Petit Caux, from Eu to Dieppe (17 km), etc.

Visit the town of Eu (historic centre, park and garden of the Château d'Eun, collegiate church and crypt of Eu, etc.), walk in the Bois de Cise (nature trails, villas hidden in the woods, etc.), stroll in the Yères Valley, fishing and water sports in the Bresle Valley, etc.

In all cases, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and put away).

- Pets: Small pets on a lead are accepted for a supplement of €10.50/night or €49/week to be paid on site. Please let us know when you register (anti-rabies certificate required). Attack dogs and 2nd category (guard/defence) dogs are prohibited. Only 1 pet per accommodation.

Arrivals: every day (except Wednesday and Sunday) between 3pm and 7pm. The time at which the accommodation is made available may vary depending on its preparation. For arrivals outside these times or on another day, please contact the residence.
Departures: Before 10.00 am

- Deposit: €250/accommodation (to be paid on site). This deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure after an inventory has been taken, or by post within 8 days in the event of departure outside opening hours (please provide a stamped, self-addressed envelope).

- Tourist tax: approximately €2/night/person aged 18 and over. The tax may be reviewed at any time by the local council. As this is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.

- All your wishes (exposure, floor, view, flat number, etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

Arriving in Le Tréport, head towards the town centre, then along rue Albert Cauet, past the fishing port and along the quays to reach the residence and its car parks.
