These insurances must be reserved at the time of booking and cannot be ordered subsequently.

- Bed linen: €12/person. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

- Beds made on arrival:  €10/person (linen not included). To be paid on site. Pre-booking required.

- Towels: €10/person/ kit. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

-Pack bed linen + towels: €20/person/kit. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

- End of stay cleaning : If the accommodation is not left clean, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €79 for villas 4 or 6 people, €89 for villas 6 people duplex, €99 for villas 8 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored).

- Pets : Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of €10.50/night, €49/week. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1 animal per accommodation only.

- Bread and pastry delivered service (to order the day before): from 15/06 to 15/09

- Launderette : rates on site.

- Mountain bike and hybrid bike rental: rates and information on site

- Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath) : €10/stay. To be booked at the same time as the accommodation. We do not provide additional mattresses in order to guarantee the safety of your children. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required, subject to availability.

INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY:

- Departures and arrivals times :
Arrivals: Saturday between 15:00 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.
Departures: Before 10.00
You need to notify the residence in case of delay or arrival days other than Saturday.

- Deposit : €250/accommodation (to be paid on site). This deposit will be returned to you the day of departure after an inventory or within 8 days in the event of departures outside of opening hours.

- Tourist tax : €1.70/adult/night (for the municipality) to be paid on site. The tax can be reviewed at any time by the municipality. As this is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.

All your requests (floor, view, apartment No., etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but can not be guaranteed.

By train: SNCF train station of Bordeaux 45km away, tel.: 0 836 35 35 35, connections via coach

By road: A 10 from Bordeaux, then take the ring road and exit 8 "Lacanau", then RN215 until Lacanau-Ville then head in the Lacanau-Océan direction.

By aeroplane: International airport of Bordeaux Merignac 45km away, connections via taxi or coach.
