The 3*** Goélia Les Maisons du Golf d'Armagnac holiday residence, located in Eauze d'Armagnac, with outdoor heated pool, enables you to stay in apartments or villas (with a private pool for some).
"Les Maisons du Golf d'Armagnac" holiday residence has obtained the "Clef Verte" label, the 1st international eco-label for tourist accommodation. Many actions are carried out by the residence as part of an ecological approach aimed at preserving and enhancing the environment.
GOELIA LES MAISONS DU GOLF D'ARMAGNAC HOLIDAY RESIDENCE
On an 18 hole golf course, the Goélia "Les Maisons du Golf d'Armagnac" holiday residence in Eauze d'Armagnac, in Le Gers, is a rare residence : detached houses for 6 to 8 people with, for the most part, their own private pool, as well as 2 and 3 rooms apartments in three small buildings (single storey) at the start of the golf course, surrounding a shared outdoor heated pool (15m x 8.5m) and children's pool (4.5m x 4.5m) (open from 05/04/25 to 20/09/25, heated from 15/04/25).
You will also find a pétanque court, table tennis, children's playground.
The GR65 goes through Eauze (it is also the Chemin du Puy - Via Podiensis- to Santiago de Compostela). A gastronomic region, from Armagnac to foie gras, the hospitality and the pace of life in Le Gers will encourage you in the relaxation essential for a good holiday.
Housing
OUR ACCOMMODATIONS FOR YOUR HOLIDAYS
In
apartments or in villas, you will find a fully fitted kitchenette
(kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, extractor hood, 2 or 4
vitroceramic hobs, microwave grill). For the apartments: patio on the
ground floor or balcony on the first floor.
Access to the villas:

Either from the top: hall, bedrooms and staircase descending to the
ground floor into the living room, ktichen, garden and pool
- Or from the bottom: hall, living room, kitchen, garden furniture and pool, and on the first floor the bedrooms.
The private pools: dimensions (5m by 3m) and depth either 1.50m, or 0.70m to 1.70m. In operation from 03/05/25 to 20/09/25.
*Sleeping high up is not suitable for children under 6 years old (Decree No. 95.949 of 25/08/1995)
IMPORTANT:
You must never exceed the maximum number of people authorised for the accommodation. For safety reasons, we will be required to deny you access (even if it is a baby).

The station
Eauze is an old site ofArmagnac located on the banks of the Gélise, a small picturesque river of Le Gers. The village is a pleasant stop between the Landes forests and the hills of Armagnac.
More specifically, the following are worth seeing: La place d'Armagnac, the heart of the village life, the terraces of the cafes, the covered arcades and half-timbered houses which are placed under the benevolent gaze of the cathedral, the Maison Jeanne d'Albret, the cloister, in the Saint-Taurin square (behind the cathedral) and the archaeological museum.
Numerous cellars will also allow you to appreciate the best vintages of Armagnac eau de vie and the traditional aperitif, Floc de Gascogne. The countryside is beautiful with its small hills often planted with vines, but also wheat or sunflowers.
Some châteaux, old farms, chapels and other abbeys catch the eye along a path and between two small valleys. At the start of August, there is the comic book festival . Several events are scheduled during the summer season: concerts, plays, markets and village festivals.

Arrivals: Saturday between 15:30 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.
Departures: Before 10.00
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the reception for the residence.
- Deposit: €250/apartment or €350/villa (to be paid on site).
- Tourist tax: approx. €1.34/day/person over 18 years old, according to the municipal decision (to be paid on site).
All your requests (floor, view, apartment No., etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but can not be guaranteed.
Access to the residence
By train: Agen Station (1 hour 15 minutes by car), Auch (1 hour by car).
By road: From the A62 take exit 6 (Aiguillon) then follow (one after the other) Barbaste, Mézin, Montréal and finally Bretagne d'Armagnac. Turn right towards Higué. Continue to Le Coupé then Escoubet and finally "Golf de Guilnet". The complex is on your right.

Séjour très agréable. Résidence bien entretenue et personnel charmant. Nous avions loué une maison avec piscine individuelle fort appréciable avec les températures élevées de fin août. Beaucoup de choses à voir dans le gers et bien sûr la gastronomie. Nous reviendrons.
