OUR SUGGESTIONS FOR A PLEASANT STAY

- Spa 50m away from the fitness centre in Balaruc les Bains : located 50m from the complex at the Ibis Spa Hotel, benefit from preferential rates (30% discount on care, and 15% on other services).
All spa-wellness stays include access to the indoor pool (pool and spa reserved for guests over the age of 18) heated with jets and a hammam.
Reservations can be made at 04 67 80 28 00, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 7 days a week

- Cancellation insurance for all justified causes: Cancellation insurance can be taken out when booking. This cancellation guarantee is valid in particular for medical reasons, accident, death including illness due to an epidemic or pandemic (declared illness, contact case, failure to obtain PCR test results before departure - traveler or member of his immediate family). The price of this insurance varies according to the total amount of your stay. If you add a service after validation of the file, the amount of insurance may change (excluding administrative fees and insurance - price per accommodation): from €19.

- Multi-risk insurance: This insurance covers our cancellation guarantee as well as snow cancellation (breakage or theft of personal ski equipment, loss or theft of ski pass, interruption of stay, interruption of snow activity), assistance and repatriation. - Bed linen: 12 €/person. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

- Beds made on arrival: 10 €/person (linen not included). To be paid on site. Pre-booking required.

- Towels: 10 €/person/ kit. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

-Pack bed linen + towels: 20 €/person/kit. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

- WiFi access (price per device) : simply connect to our supplier's website and pay directly by credit card (visa or mastercard). The prices are as follows: 1 day : €6, 3 days : €12, 1 week : €20, 2 weeks : €30, 1 week family offer (3 devices) : €30, 2 weeks family offer : €40. Goélia will let you know, when you arrive, the homepage of the website, but is not involved in the order, or in the connection.

- End of stay cleaning : If the accommodation is not left clean, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €65 for accommodation for 2 to 5 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored).

- Pets : Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of €10.50/night, €49/week. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1 animal per accommodation only.

- Pine forest view : €35/week. Only available for 2/3 people studios and 4/5 people studios. To be paid on site. Pre-booking highly recommended, subject to availability.

- Launderette : rates on site.

- Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath) : €10/stay. To be booked at the same time as the accommodation. We do not provide additional mattresses in order to guarantee the safety of your children. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required, subject to availability.

INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY:

- Departure and Arrival Times:
Arrivals: Saturday between 15:00 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.
Departures: Before 10.00
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the reception of the residence.

- Deposit: €250/apartment. This deposit will be returned to you the day of departure after an inventory or by post within 8 days in the event of departures outside of opening hours.

- Tourist tax: Approximately €0.99/day/person over the age of 18. (The decision may be amended at any time by the Municipality). As this is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.

All your requests (floor, view, apartment no., etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

Access to the residence

By plane: Montpellier Airport 30km away.

By road: 8km from Sète Motorway A9 exit Sète, direction Balaruc le Vieux then BALARUC LES BAINS by the D129. The complex is located in the Pech Méjà neighborhood.

By train: Sète Station 8km away.
